Graytronics Power Boat/ Marine Intercom

This system is designed as a fully waterproof intercom, widely successful and used by offshore powerboat, RIB and Ski Racers who praise its ruggedness and high reliability even under the most extreme conditions. Customers include world championship offshore powerboat teams and many civil and military forces around the world.

The standard intercom is a 2-way unit, although 3 or 4 way systems are available.

System Features:

• Full duplex circuitry allows all channels open simultaneously.
• Sophisticated active filters process the signals to allow clear communication - even at high speeds.
• Reverse polarity and surge protected circuitry.
• An audio input/output facility enables the unit to be interfaced with a VHF radio if required.
• Control unit has independent volume controls and radio transmit button.
• Intercom powered by the boat's 12-volt battery.
• Corrosion-proof construction for permanent mounting on board.

Headset Features:

• Pressure gradient noise-cancelling waterproof microphones.
• Lightweight military spec. polyurethane curly cable can stretch in excess of 3 metres.
• Breakaway rubber connectors can be disconnected and reconnected when wet without loss of performance.
• Headsets clamp to side of the helmet, so no helmet modifications are required.
• Water resistant high quality moving coil speakers in moulded nylon housings with hook & loop attachments.
• Available in 23mm as standard, or 40mm speakers are an option for excessively noisy boats.
